Which herbs are edible and which are not? Scarlett Gac from BUND will collect various herbs in the library garden together with the participating families. This is then used to make a colorful salad or make herb salt. In any case, there are many ways to process and enjoy the herbs you have collected.
In the summer months, Scarlett Gac from BUND offers an open garden group every 14 days on Tuesdays in the garden of the Stadtbibliothek Bremen . Families can garden under supervision, grow vegetables, explore nature through the seasons, discover animals and plants, play and learn much more about gardening and nature.
These are individual appointments, so you can only come once or twice. Participation is free of charge for families.
