“Balanced and delicious – vegan nutrition for the whole family and the path to healthy children’s nutrition in everyday life”

Description

Are you interested in a vegan or plant-based (family) diet, but are still unsure how best to get started and what you should pay attention to? Do you still have many questions, especially when it comes to the topic of suitability for everyday use?

Does any of these situations sound familiar to you: Your child is asking for toast with Nutella (as usual). Don't you even need to start with whole grain bread? The plate with potatoes, broccoli and carrots is pushed away in disgust and instead, as always, “pasta with nothing” is requested?

These and other questions will be clarified at the workshop by Natalie Neugebauer, a certified vegan nutritionist. When her son, who had always been very picky eaters, decided at the age of 6 that he wanted to live a vegan life, it turned the family diet on its head and was the starting point for an in-depth look at the topic of “healthy and balanced plant-based nutrition”.

Further information about Natalie Neugebauer can be found here.
