- If you have stored your email address, you can have your personal online password automatically sent to you by email. To do this, call up the “Account / Extension” function, click on the “Forgot password” link and then enter your BIB CARD number. A new password will be sent to you immediately.
- If you have not provided us with an email address, you will receive the password at one of our service locations.
