Vegesack Stadtbibliothek offers media “to go”.

“One to take with you, please!”: For the curious and last-minute, there are now media bags “to go” in the Vegesack district library. The library team has browsed for the best books, magazines, films and CDs and compiled their favorites into pre-packed media bags for their customers.

“It happens every now and then that you've run out of reading material, but then you don't have enough time to thoroughly browse the library and stock up on supplies ,” says Martin Renz, head of the Vegesack district library. “In such cases, you can now simply stop by the library quickly and grab one of the media bags 'to go' with the books we have pre-selected. You can then read them at your leisure at home.” There are bags to choose from on four different themes: “Excitement for strong nerves”, “Media for the heart”, “Do it yourself” and “Everything for the perfect family weekend”.
