Project ikö-diversity – We are there!

Diverse, cosmopolitan and future-oriented: Diversity is a very central topic at the Stadtbibliothek Bremen . Therefore, employees took part in intensive training on diversity management. In the film clip you can see how this attitude is worked with great joy in the Stadtbibliothek Bremen (among others) and how it is designed for the diverse people of Bremen. And so a valuable contribution to participation and equal opportunities is made.
