New book recommendation app “Lesum”

An average of 80,000 new book titles are published in Germany every year. You can only read a fraction. Since September, the Lesum app developed in Bremen has been offering inspiration and orientation in the dense forest of new releases. Based on previously answered questions about personal reading tastes, the app suggests suitable book titles. And when used long-term, the app continually learns which books you are passionate about. The Stadtbibliothek Bremen is cooperating with this project and so the library holdings are included in the app and you can see at a glance whether the recommended books are available in the library.
