Mathematics for participation
What is rotational symmetry? And how are distances in space measured? Children and young people can find answers to these and many other questions at "Explore Science" in Bremen's Bürgerpark from August 31st to September 2nd . Numerous institutions will be offering hands-on science experiences.
What does the Stadtbibliothekoffer?
Here, children and young people can experiment with geometric shapes and symmetries, help create a stop-motion film, and do digital puzzles with the TagTool creative app. At many different stations, kindergartens, schools, and families can learn everything about mathematics.
What exactly is "Explore Science"?
Since 2018, the Klaus Tschira Foundation has been organizing the "Explore Science" science days in Bürgerpark. All kindergartens, schools, and families from Bremen and the surrounding area are invited to discover everything related to mathematics. The program for kindergarten children, school classes, and families ranges from an interactive exhibition and numerous hands-on activities, workshops, and stage shows to experimental lectures and competitions.
