Colorful program on family day
Children's theatre, magic program or BilderBuchKino - these are just three of the many other activities that we are offering in our libraries on November 13th on the big family day. Under the motto “INCREDIBLY ADVENTURE,” young and old alike can embark on very special adventures with us.
The mobile children's theater SCHNURZEPIEPe shows a pirate adventure about courage, boredom, culture of debate and team spirit with the play “The North Sea Pirates”. The magician MARVINIO performs his comedy magic program “Darn, bewitched and enchanted away” and pretty much everything goes haywire. He also creates great balloon figures afterwards. The Vegesacker Story House presents the hands-on show “Ahoy, you landlubbers!”, in which pirates invade the library because their treasure is hidden somewhere. The program is rounded off with picture book cinemas, craft activities, outrageous adventure puzzles and many other surprises.
Unlike previous years, this year it is necessary that you register for the various offers. We answer the most important questions about the family celebration.
Can I attend the family day without registering?
No, please register yourself and your children for the events. You can find an overview of the events here. You can find the link to register in the respective event you would like to attend.
Are the events free?
Yes, registering and attending the events offered are free of charge.
Which libraries are taking part in the family day?
The central library as well as the libraries in Huchting, Lesum, Vegesack and the Vahr.
What entry rules apply?
The so-called 3G rule applies to our events. Visitors aged 16 and over must provide current proof that they have recovered, been tested or vaccinated.
