Creative workshop for Free Comic Day
On May 14th there will be a festival for fans of picture stories in the Central Library. On Free Comic Day, nerds and newcomers can not only get three free magazines, but also get creative themselves. The Bremen comic artist Mario Ellert offering open workshop for all age groups from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Here he shows how characters and small stories are created.

And what else is there on Free Comic Book Day?
Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. you can choose from 30 new comic releases in the Vahr and Vegesack libraries as well as in the central library and take three of them home with you. Would you like a little insight? Included are, among other things, manga, superheroes, Franco-Belgian adventures, Disney and independent comics.
