Streaming films with the BIB CARD is now even easier: After the relaunch of the Filmfriend portal, app for smartphones has also been And – long-awaited – for both Android and iOS devices. The app now also offers a download function for offline use.

In addition, by popular demand, there is now an extra entry for kids. From now on, all children's films can be selected directly via a separate homepage . A cooperation with the DKJ (German Children's and Youth Film Center) makes it easier to assign the children's films to the correct age.

The introduction to genres such as “Mystery”, “Coming of age” or “Drama” has also been improved, which now enables a diverse and differentiated selection from the over 1,600 films on offer.
