You can borrow the energy-saving box from us free of charge.

Did you know? You can borrow an energy-saving kit for one week from any branch library and the central library using your BIBCard. The kit includes an energy cost monitor that helps you identify your household energy guzzlers. A small measuring device, plugged in between the wall socket and the appliance being tested, displays the power consumption of the device. For example, the meter can reliably determine the annual operating costs of your refrigerator, helping you understand how a new purchase compares to your old one in terms of energy consumption.
