A room full of instruments

In the central library, we're opening a space for musicians and those who want to become one! Do you enjoy making music? Then our MusicSpace in the central library is just right for you!

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced musician, playing solo or in a duet, MusicSpace offers a variety of instruments such as electric piano, electric guitar, and electric drums for playing and practicing. A computer with suitable software is available for recording music.

Reservation & Use 

• Please contact us by phone or at musik@stabi-hb.de 
• You need a valid librarycard.
• Eating and drinking are not allowed in the MusicSpace
• Please bring an external storage device to save your own music projects
• The MusicSpace is intended for your own creative activities. Its use for private lessons or paid events is not permitted

• HP Omen 880 PC with Windows 11 (for audio recording and editing)
• Software (Steinberg Cubase Element 11, Reaper Daw and Audacity)
• Projector (with laptop connection)
