Have you always wanted to digitize your old slides, try out a SUP board or create your own ice cream flavors? And has the planned DIY project failed so far because of the right tools? Then you now have another reason to visit central library Our new “Library of Things” offers all customers aged 18 and over the opportunity to borrow items instead of buying them. From the sewing machine , to outdoor games , to the handcart , there are useful things from the areas of technology, crafts, outdoors and hobbies .

The aim of the offer is to promote creativity, the joy of experimentation and the sense of discovery, while making a contribution to sustainability and environmentally conscious consumption. Because if you exchange and share, you throw away less. So, join in and try out our new offer! The Library of Things can be found in the action area on the 2nd floor of the Central Library.
