Artificial intelligence workshop for senior citizens

Artificial intelligence (AI) has long been an integral part of our everyday lives – whether in voice assistants, translations, photo editing, or medicine. But especially since the rapid AI boom driven by powerful chatbots in 2022, the technology has been on everyone's lips and raises many questions, particularly for older people: How does AI work, how does it change our lives, and how can I use AI?
The Bremen State Media Authority therefore offers AI workshops specifically for seniors in Bremen and Bremerhaven. In the 90-minute event, participants learn what AI is, how it works, and where we encounter it in everyday life. They learn how to recognize AI-generated content, what dangers AI can pose, and how to use the technology effectively – explained in a practical and clear way.
