Herbal cuisine in spring – experiencing sensory impressions and processing herbs
Description
Scarlett Gac (BUND) and Andrea Schröder ( Stadtbibliothek ) will be gathering spring herbs in the library garden with children aged 4 to 12. Participants can smell and feel the herbs and use them to make herb quark or herb butter. Afterwards, everyone will taste their creations and experience the fresh flavors of spring.
