Description
Whether you're experiencing problems using your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, or have issues with apps, e-books, email, or the internet – at "Simply Digital!" we offer support every Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in cooperation with digital guide Erhard Behnke. We're here to help with difficulties using digital devices and their applications:
for example, if your tablet hasn't been working the way you want since the last update, or if you want to know which device is right for you, how to check the security settings, which app you can use for which tasks, or if you have questions about how to use apps, then "Simply Digital!" is the place to go.
Participation in the open consultation hour is free of charge.
No prior registration is necessary.
Those interested are asked to bring their digital devices.
