"The common thread for retirement" – Information booth for the AWO project
Description
Those transitioning from working life to retirement often face many changes. New opportunities arise – but so do many questions. A new service from AWO Bremen offers answers and guidance: "The Red Thread for Retirement".
At the information booth, in addition to information, the current program is available and registrations for events or consultation appointments can be accepted.
This project provides guidance for the post-retirement phase of life. In addition to an introductory overview presentation designed to encourage you to consider how you will shape your own retirement, you can choose from a variety of events offering information and practical tips on cultural participation, social security, and local services. If you have any further questions, you can discuss them in a consultation. The project team also supports networking among participants, should they be interested.
The project “The common thread for retirement” is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the program “Strengthening the participation of older people – against loneliness and social isolation”.
