Description

Psychoanalysis and psychotherapy compete, not only in the market for therapeutic offerings, but above all historically and theoretically. A detailed comparison has so far been put aside in favor of general reservations and prejudices. This comprehensive study includes as many aspects of psychoanalysis, philosophy and critical social sciences (critical theory) as possible in order to be able to distinguish more clearly from one another and thus be able to handle them more precisely in practice.

Andreas G. Müller has been a psychoanalyst and psychotherapist in his own practice for many years. He teaches and researches in Bremen, especially on critical psychoanalysis and psychological cultures of politics.
