Description
Mumm the marmot's heart is pounding wildly, for he is all alone in the enormous marmot burrow. Suddenly, his cozy, warm home seems quite frightening. He's sweating, even though it's pleasantly cool, and all he wants is to get out. When he slips out into the daylight, Mumm feels a little better. But somehow, the fear still lingers… Luckily, Mumm meets many animals in the mountains: they too are sometimes afraid and show Mumm what helps them.
