Autobiographical writing after work

Description

Various autobiographical writing techniques support participants in this four-part course in constructively engaging with their own lives. At the same time, the course focuses on finding one's own life's common thread and gaining orientation. Through simple tips and special exercises, the joy of writing is rekindled or rediscovered. No prior knowledge is required. This course is primarily aimed at people currently employed who wish to mentally prepare for retirement. The course is led by project coordinator and writing instructor Saskia Wöhler.

This writing course is a free offering of the AWO project "The Red Thread for Retirement" . The project "The Red Thread for Retirement" is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth and by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) as part of the program "Strengthening the Participation of Older People – Against Loneliness and Social Isolation".

Please bring something to write with and a thick black felt-tip pen to the appointments. If available, a glue stick, scissors, and colored felt-tip pens would also be helpful.
