3D printing license in the MakerSpace
Description
Have you always wanted to know how a 3D printer works – and how you can make things with it yourself? Then get your 3D printing license at the Huchting Library!
In our concise introduction, you'll learn the basics of 3D printing and gain practical insights into the technology. We'll show you how the printer works, what software you need, and what to consider when modeling and printing. We'll guide you step-by-step through the process – with the goal that you'll be able to work independently on our 3D printer in the future.
Important information:
- The event takes every two weeks on Mondays from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM .
- Participation is free.
- Maximum 8 people per appointment – so register quickly!
- Participation by those under 18 years of age is only permitted if accompanied by a parent.
Register either directly online, by email to huchting@stabi-hb.de or in person at the library.
Want to bring your children? Please register yourselves and your children separately. You will also need to present a valid library card to use the 3D printer.
