Film of the Month: “The Perfect Boss”
Julio Blanco (Javier Bardem) considers himself the ideal boss: caring, fair, and always acting in the best interests of his company. But shortly before the presentation of a major corporate award, his carefully cultivated facade begins to crumble. A fired employee, a depressed production manager, and a lovestruck intern increasingly throw him off balance.
"The Perfect Boss" is a biting black comedy about power, self-deception and the dark side of the working world – awarded six Goyas.
