Code Week: Programming, tinkering, experimenting
From October 10th to 25th, 2026, Code Week Germany will once again focus on programming, tinkering, and creative work with digital technologies. Children and young people can actively participate in numerous activities and try out topics such as robotics, artificial intelligence, or programming. More than 500 initiatives across Germany take part in Code Week each year. The goal is to inspire young people not only to use the digital world but also to creatively shape it themselves.

Many workshops in Bremen and Bremerhaven
The Bremen and Bremerhaven regional hub will launch its diverse program for kindergarten groups and school classes on October 5, 2026. During the autumn school holidays, the focus will be on the creative use of digital technologies and the promotion of media literacy: children and young people can control robots and drones, immerse themselves in other worlds with VR glasses, try out 3D printing, design digital accessories, produce films with creative apps, or engage in philosophical experiments. This autumn, Code Week once again offers numerous opportunities for experimentation, creation, and collaborative tinkering.
